When I blog, I always like to write something interesting, something that can glue people’s eyes to their computer screens for the duration of the blog post. So it is no coincidence that many of my blog posts are not about mundane stuff that happens in my life. Imagine what people will think if they come to a blog and see something along the lines of, “Today, I went to school, I attended x lessons and went for x CCA, I was very tired and came home and slept,” for majority of the posts. Even if I was to come back and read my own blog some time in the future, I’m probably going to think, “God was I a boring person…”

Unfortunately, for my case, “something interesting” do not normally pounce upon me like the 20000 ninjas hiding somewhere in your ceiling and waiting to jump on your head and scare the living daylights out of you (be very scared). It follows that the frequency of my blog posts reflects just how un-interesting my life is.
Now, with that superbly soporific introduction, I hope you are sufficiently bored that my subsequent boring mundane narration is going to arouse every single deprived and half-bored-to-death cell in your body and drive them into an orgasm of intellectual delight.

Yeah…just took the SAT chemistry subject test today at ACJC. Firstly, I have to say that one year ago, I would never have thought that I will go to ACJC for the third time in one year…but oh well, no complaints from me since the school, and especially the examination venues, have quite nice environments. Secondly, after all the intensive chemistry preparations for prelims, I found the chemistry test rather cake-ish, besides a few random trivia questions that challenged my extremely limited general knowledge.

After that, I took my leave and left majority of the other test-takers thrashing in mental agony at the prospect of their impending two subject tests (since I have already taken 3 subject tests previously). Went to U.S.E.I.C, short for United States Education Information Centre, after that with my dad, who has been constantly pestering me to apply to U.S universities recently. Haiz…I still have serious doubts about my direction in life and seriouser doubts about whether I even stand a fighting chance to get into a good US university. However, the advisor we spoke to turned out to be quite well-informed and proficient, and was able to answer many of my queries. What I found out, of course, did not alleviate my concerns about how far my sucky prelim results and soon-to-suck A levels results will get me. And the advising session cost a bomb too, of course…no free lunch eh?

Ahhhhh…I’m half bored to death by myself already…and I think I’ve bored at least 3 other people half to death with all this gloomy talk about university apps, namely Shida, Kovan, and Wentao, who I keep bugging on msn about the above topic.
Well, at least I have 2 things to look forward to in the near future. One is the outing at Kovan’s house on the coming Friday, yay can meet everyone again, so happy wewt! *Punches myself in the face for sounding idiotic*

The second is that BoA’s music video for her song “Eat You Up” is going to be released on the coming Tuesday!! Wheee! Anyway, that’s the first song on her new English album that is due to be released next year in the United States. Whether it is successful or not aside first, I think its just amazing that a person can record songs in three languages, with acceptable proficiency in each, at such a young age…
As I’m not the type of people to go around flaunting my obsessions (blue hair red eye chick anyone?)(hem hem), I guess not many people know about my obsession with BoA, but then those who know are probably puzzled as this happening is rather out of the blue…

But then, I just feel a need to justify myself and I want to say that it is no random occurrence. I feel that many factors, not least restricted to my current circumstances, character, emotional state, and age has led to this, ok that sounds corny but heck. But then it’s true.

First of all, I desperately need an outlet of entertainment especially after brutally murdering Warcraft and anime. I’m the type of person who cannot, cannot possibly survive on mugging and more mugging however hard I try to convince myself otherwise. If I ban myself from all distractions, my d(daydream)/dt will just increase exponentially whenever I’m mugging.

Then…never mind, I suddenly don’t feel like explaining anymore rofl!!
